Low-Salt Breaded Chicken Instructions - NOT READY TO EAT (NRTE)

  1. Pre-Coat the Chicken
    Lightly dust chicken pieces with pre-dust or chicken breading.

  2. Dip in Batter
    Dip the coated chicken into the prepared all-purpose batter.

  3. Bread Thoroughly
    Place the wet, battered chicken into Low-Salt Chicken Breading and coat completely.

  4. Fry Until Cooked
    Fry in oil heated to 350°F until the chicken is fully cooked and golden brown.
