Funnel Cake Batter Instructions - NOT READY TO EAT (NRTE)

1. Add Water
   Pour 16 oz. cool water into a tall, round container.

2. Mix in Batter
   Thoroughly whisk in 1 lb. Funnel Cake Batter Mix until smooth.

3. Let Batter Rest
   Allow the prepared batter to stand for 10 minutes before frying.

4. Form the Funnel Cake
   Swirl the batter into a ring mold placed in oil heated to 375°F.

5. Fry Until Golden
   Fry for approximately 45 seconds, then turn and fry for an additional 1 minute.

6. Drain and Serve
   Remove from oil, drain well, and top with powdered sugar or your desired topping.
