Standard Fish Fry Instructions - NOT READY TO EAT (NRTE)

1. Coat the Fish
   Roll chilled, moist fish thoroughly in Standard Fish Fry coating.

2. Fry Until Done
   Cook in oil heated to 350–375°F until fully cooked and golden brown.
