Corn Dog Batter Mix Instructions - NOT READY TO EAT (NRTE)

1. Add Water
   Fill a tall, round container with 1½ quarts (6 cups) of cool water.

2. Mix in Batter
   Thoroughly whisk in 5 lbs. Corn Dog Batter Mix until smooth.

3. Coat the Wiener
   Completely coat a dry wiener in the prepared batter.

4. Fry
   Fry in oil heated to 375°F for approximately 2 minutes, or until golden brown.

5. Finished Coating
   When properly mixed and cooked, this batter produces a coating approximately ¼ inch thick around the wiener.

Mixing Ratios (Water to Batter)

• 1 lb. mix → 9½ oz. water

• 2.5 lbs. mix → 24 oz. water

• 5 lbs. mix → 48 oz. water
